Instream is the new identity for Critical Health Systems’ comprehensive anesthesia billing service. With a history in anesthesia billing since 1969, Instream employees based in Columbia, SC and Raleigh, NC provide billing services to over 85 anesthesiologists in 14 facilities in the Carolinas.

We are physician-oriented, which means we tailor our service to fit the needs and preferences of our clients.
